H Beam Heavy Steel Welding Line

This H beam production line is designed to produce heavy duty H beam steel. It is mainly make up of device such as 90° hydraulic turning-over frame, 45° hydraulic turning-over frame, parallel steel conveyer, 180 ° moveable overturn support and feeding roller and so on.
The main advantage of this line is that it is of semi-automatic, for the whole producing procedure of the H beam does not need hoisting, except for the lay-off and exchanging procedure of H beam assembling and straightening of flange plates. This can greatly improve the production efficiency and help reducing the working intensity.
