This cantilevered welding machine is a kind of double cantilever submerged welding equipment. The machine adopts double arc and double wire submerged welding with high production quality. And also it is equipped with two groups of floating lead arc devices to get the welding wire in good position to welding seam. There are two groups of flux feeding devices and two groups of flux recycling devices. There are also machines in our company that can weld two pieces of H beam together, which is very efficiency.
H beam welding production line consists of assembling machine, front welding machine, turn-over device, back welding machine and H beam transmission conveyers. The whole line divides into 4 steps, which realizes H beam assembling, saw welding, 180 turn-over device and H beam transmission between each steps. The processing including clamping and alignment of web and flange, automatic tack-welding is controlled with PLC . Main machine is driven by A.C. inverter, stable and reliable. Upper press-beam is guided through left and right four rails, ensuring steady clamping of long time use. It adopts the advanced technology of head assembling, horizontal leveling standing welding, single arc and double wire welding, and realizes fast welding of H beam, reducing welding distortion. It is perfect device for producing large quantity of H beam. The machine is compactly structured and convenient to operate.
